I love hummus but not eating it right now. I am trying the raw food detox diet from the book by the same name.
I use Sesame Tahini in mine.

Cool well you can use raw sprouted chickpeas if you like!
I never add tahini because its just easier this way but the originaly you are meant to ;)

Once they are sprouted how do you eat them? I am assuming raw but aren't they hard to digest?
I just add them in salads, if you find them hard to digest, you can make hummus with them (same as my video but with the sprouted chickpeas instead of the tins) that way it will be broken up and easier for your stomach to deal with ;)
