  • hard to say. legal depth? knees coming in?

  • not sure about depth, as i am not a powerlifter, but the knees came in a little on the 2nd and 3rd reps. have fixed that problem now though.

  • awesome then. it's a common problem: i had weak adductors too and well the best way to get stronger is to keep squating =)
