That's right because not everyone can afford to buy a lion that was illegally poached from the jungle, sedate him attach him, tie him to a leash (you can see the leash in the video) and put him on display in a parking lot. Read lots of books, talk to other big cat owners. Know the laws in your area (very important!). Get some training (the Feline Conservation Federation offers a training course for prospective exotic cat owners.) It is a huge investment of time and money. But, if you are properly prepared, go for it!

Very few of them are ever killed by their cats. The risk of being killed in any given year by a cat is about the same as being in a fatal car accident that year.
