Good stuff. It's needed in the villages in Guinea and Mali, too... VERY poor nations. BUT let's be damned sure that it's wisely spent, with technologies that make sense. I was involved with a Peace Corps project in association with Friends of Guinea, that project made NO good sense. Contact me if you want to discuss solid methods/technologies that will work in the real world of Africa.
