Reason is that most people nowadays are underpowered - that's the idea of having the quiver (Tupperware party). Let the champions decide between them what's windsurfing, and you keep going on a reach underpowered all day.

Olympic windsurfing is not really windsurfing, it's mainly standing on a board the size of a rescue island, holding a sail in your hands, waiting for wind that never comes. If he won that, okay. I prefer guys like Dunkerbeck if I want to learn something. And _they_ know how to rig a sail without crossing the lines in the tack pulley.
