ok so know i got no capo on my guitar but i got like 3 of the strings tuned just like this one sounds...but man i dont kno how to play guitar im doing all by ear...the first part i did was the slow part at 4:37 lol and i got most of the notes all played well i guess but i still feel like im doing something wrong with the placing of the fingers but idc im still gonna try xd....i got a thingy here to tune a guitar but i dont know how to use it like by chord or like string by string idk...any tips?

lol, with no capo you have to raise all the strings up one full step. But the capo is better cuz the notes don't change positions as opposed to changing the tuning.

Most tuners come prepared to tune standard EADGBe, so it won't be of much help if that's all the notes it shows.

Trust me, a capo isn't all that expensive it can go from like 7~20€ (10~25dls) and it's worth it. Lots of fun to play with also.

N if you don't use slides n pull-offs it won't sound all that good.

As for "When"...... hmmm thing is... I'm not sure I've got the skills to keep up with it. Especially the solos. The only "heavy" song I've learnt from them was Master's Apprentice and I still have to catch my breath to keep up with it.

But I think eventually I'll go on learning spree and learn a shitload of their heavy stuff...

I used to play arpeggios much better with my fingers too. but somewhere allong the way I got used to my guitar. But I started playing this with fingers. I still do good with fingers if I try. But in my electric, playing with fingers muffles the sound.

yeah, you're right. the capo f'd up my A string(wich whould be a B string given the capo). So each time I picked it loose (wich happens all the freakin time troughout the song) it buzzed like hell... but its cuz the arm is slightly off. still, glad you liked it.
