As you see the place is pitch black, wich means nowhere for the enderman to teleport, BTW you should try fences, endermen dont usually teleport tru them

Make it auto by using a pressureplate that triggers a lavablade. I don't get why you would use a crusher? My best guess to why you use the crusher setup is because you saw etho's blaze trap design and he used a crusher, but he used a crusher because he didn't want to kill them, just hurt them a bit.

@jontis96 thats absolutely not the reason I used the crusher setup.

The reason I used it is that when lava or water touches the enderman he teleports onto the half slabs.

really cool but on the latest snapshot zombies and skeletons (idk about other mobs but im sure it will be the same for all of the mobs on the full 1.2 patch) no longer thinks signs/opened fence gates are full blocks and therfore dont walk off more than 3 deep drops.

so u might want to change the design cuz it will no longer work soon.

But why did you use fencegates for the bridge and not fences? And i think you should connect a pressureplate where the endermen falls up to a rapidpulser thats connects to the button output, so its fullyautomatic ;)
