I was sentenced to highbury grove and believe me it was probly the worst time of my life no heating in winter but heating in summer?....lol, bullying, guns knives,drugs etc etc. Personally i believe it was premeditated by the government to dumb us down. I left at 14yrs old and taught myself because i just was'nt gaining any education.

The should reinstate corporal punishment. A few sound spankings would get most of these kids in line.

I know it is problematic, I know spanking has problems, I know it is totally politically incorrect. But maybe spanking's problems are less then condemning the culprits and their innocent co-students to a life of failure due to total academic incompetence.

What alternatives are there?Some discipline has to be enforced.If they were adults they would be either dismissed onto the street or jailed

I don't believe physical punishment is the answer but rather mental torture. I think that misbehaved kids should be sent to a Detention centre, except when I say detention centre I mean more of a Police Jail cell. And instead of being there for say an hour or 2, they should have to spend several hours and the real bad ones up to several days or even weeks. That way youre seriously punishing the bad apples and at the same time the good kids can learn with the absence of the bad ones.

its underhand to film without permission, she shows only what she wants you to see. I worked for 7 years at HGS and yes it was hard and yes there were some students who were hard to work with and it was at times very hard and tough mentally challenging work. HOWEVER... there were lots of positive young people and staff working really hard to do there best... shame she doesn't show that.
