The 3.2GHz, I assume you mean the 965. That's a fine chip. I've got the 925, which is the same chip, only clock-locked to 2.8GHz. Really, though, there's no need to overclock them unless you want to show your friends a really high number. =3

Those older machines are still surprisingly decently useful. I have an older Win98 machine, in addition to my newer quad core AMD system that is in pristine condition. I installed open office on it and a few other freeware programs and use it for storing documents mainly and light database work etc. not too bad. That one in the video looks like it is in pretty good shape and was well taken care of over the years.
