I started out at 30 pound dumbells and im barely on 50 now. It's pretty hard work but if you try hard and put alot of work you will get results.

I know i'm like 2 years late, but for the other gymgoers out there. I noticed your left arm was weaker than your right arm (like me) so i'd suggest you always start out with your left arm and decide how much weight/repetitions you do from that. And try do one like one less repetition with your right arm to keep the balance in your body.

@J03KAH biggest myth ever...your biceps grow from being shocked or blasted. Try doing a barbell curl with 10-20%more weight than you can handle with proper form. Its ok if you cheat a little, because this overloads the bicep thus meaning faster growth. Full range of motion is good, dont take me wrong, but i believe if you do the same full range motion workouts for your arms all the time, they will get used to the stress and will not grow very fast as you hope.

That's impressive, but it would be more impressive if he went all the way down instead of half way...I can concentration curl 90 lb dumbells (reps of 6) wihout arching my back and it amazes people but I've never tried more than 80 on preacher because of the strain it puts on your wrist...
