  • wow.. Thanks!

  • All he did was change the extension of the file. It didn't actually covert the file from quicktime to flash.

  • i love you

  • You are amazing!! Only one question I have then...how can I get my .flv file to be 10MB instead of 25MB??

  • thanks

  • In this video a .mov file is changed to a .flv and is able to be played in flash. The .mov being used has a .h264 codec, witch newer versions of flash supports. If u use a .mov that doesn't use the .h264 codec it can't be played in flash without converting it. When changing the file extension you are telling your system to open that .mov file in flash and not quicktime. Im not trying to shit on u, this is a very good technique but its important to know whats going on.

  • it took me FOUR SECONDS!! O! PWNAGE!!

  • Couldn't get mine to work like that. When I change the extension and I got to info, the extension icon is not Flash and though I tried to place it on my site, nothing happens. Any ideas?
