@cretafarm2000 the song that plays at the beginning at end is a cover of the Neil Young Song "Don't Let It Bring You Down" performed here by Jackson Browne, though it does NOT appear on the album this video clip is promoting (Love is Strange).
& @freeticketeys That album wasn't called Saturate Before Using. It was mistakenly referred to as such by some in industry but wasn't actually the title.
I bought "Love is Strange" when it came out earlier this year & am seeing them when they tour in support of the CD later this year. I've seen them both before & love seeing them live; they're great together!
David Lindley has been with Jackson Browne since the beginning of time. It is great to bring him forward. Jackson Browne has written the greatest lyrics of all time. He has gone through a lot, but transposes lyrics to reflect how highly spiritual he is!
@debarndt David was not on Jackson's first album, "Saturate Before Using". After that, he appeared in concerts and on cd's with JB until 1980's "Hold Out". Then, he was not on any more JB albums until this year.
"Don't let it bring you down. it's only castles's burning". " Red light's flashing though the window at night, with a toadstool in your hand.' (see what happens when we do hallucinogins?) -Jerry
Hear David Lindley live in South Pasadena May 1, 2010 just prior to his world tour with Jackson Browne. Eclectic Music Festival & Art Walk. It's a homecoming for Lindley . . . who group up here and lives near. Info at the south pasadena chamber of commerce.
Jackson Browne's best albums are the ones with Mr Dave all over them! Dave's the man! Good to see them together again.

This is an awesome album. And to say that David Lindley isn't a household name is...well...an understatment to say the least.

They are both timeless artists from the finest era in music. They don't make them like Jackson or David anymore....
