There are stupid people everywhere, and not only teenagers. Something worse happened in my city (Recife, northeast Brazil) years ago. Some people made a burning tires wall in the road to protest to government (I don't remember what about). Then a man in his car, with his son and brother inside, didn't have patience to wait for police, he tried to drive across the burning wall. The car exploded, his son and brother died and he got burnt and traumatized for the rest of his life.
