Ive lived here for all my life,and if you expect to to have fun in the Shoals,you have to be into Football,Fishing,Hunting,or History!This city has some of the finest history around!If you think it is boring here go to Chicago,or mabe New York and get shot!!Just a thought!!

Florence is a great place to live.... I think it is one of the best small towns in the South. The people are friendly and the real estate cost is low. Great place for families. I miss it now that I am in the "big city".....OK, just Birmingham.....
