@dragunov3r depends if you switch all the beam cannons on the colosuss for lrbgb it would be very close, if they were close. its more like a random battle since both wins. somethimes the colossus wins and sometimes the sathanas wins.

i love doing those battles ^^

it happened to me about 4 mounths ago i was flying around and suddenly the rakshasa(wich was fighting with a Deimos) was turning(like the orion) just in the moment it was destroyed!!!

The colossus just Uber Ownaged these Orions because the colossus has 6 beams on EACH SIDE and a few in front and back of the ship...

All of them being fired at once would indeed destroy alot of ships, especially if the colossus is surrounded!

"can you fly capital ships in the game?" Yes, via FRED. But they're extremely slow and requires tons of SEXP'S to fire your beams and turrets. Plus, I noticed that the game crashes when you view your hud while being damaged by enemies.

wow modded, the orions werent even at range for them to start shooting, plus the Colossus was modded with beam turrents where it shouldnt have it. put the orions behind and in front top and bottom, then we see who wins.

That ship is automatically available to use in the Freespace Editior (FRED)(which was used to create this mission) which comes with Freespace 1 and 2, and you also use the ship some in the main campaign once it is unlocked.

I think it just has that many beams. The mission isn't a mod, but the game he played it on was. The mission itself was made with FRED 2 by Falco.

you can coose the weapons of a capitalship in the FRED missions editor.

falco sets every turret to a beam cannon.
