Hey, Brett! you probably don't remember me but I used to live in Verona NJ. My room mate David Prater was involved with this song when you were recording. I remember him playing this song for me when you guys were done. Awesome song along with the ohers. Sure wish I had a CD of this and any new stuff. Any way could I buy one? I spoke to David about a year ago, He is now in Texas. Thanks Brett! You brought back alot of good memories for me from back then. John Knighton..........
Brett is awesome! Thanks for posting - Nevertheless is classic through and through. Interesting to see the tantalizing snippet of "After the Tears Have Gone" at the beginning; I had only heard the Jeff Paris take on it so this is the first I've known of a BW version. This may be the case with others songs, as Alfonzetti had an excellent Walker-penned tune "Better Than Goodbye" (worth getting fyi) but I never heard Brett's own version of that one either...guess they must be unpublished demos?
Hey! This is one of the greatest songs I know of. Nevertheless was such a great record! Is there a full version of this video (and without the sign showing up all the way through?)
