Where doe pac man get the extra lives? Can someone tell me? l tried so many times with 1 life and l can't defeat the boss.

No this is the first boss. There are only 2 bosses in the whole game. This and the final boss.

I know of a 30th anniversary game being made with the help of one of the co-creators of Sonic the Hedgehog. Should be released next year.

As for Pac-Man Carnival's release, it's a huge question mark as if it's going to be released anywhere other than Japan -_-

Dude, you aren't that good. I beat this guy and I only lost one life. Next time you make a boss video, make sure you know what you're doing first. Sorry, I don't mean to sound mean, but you're the only one out there with a video for this guy, and you need to give people the optimum video, not show us your failed attempts and edit out the strategy.
