A band very similar to this called Stratovarius had this very title.

@Duncanthedonut actually is the same name...but of course are differnt songs...stratovariu's speed of light it's older than this...anyway both bands are from finland :-)

Yep the singer of the band is Peter James, but this song and eye for an eye of the album secret visions are sung by marco hietla as a guest artist
