@chonyc77 If you are going to try and troll game videos, get your facts strait first so you can at least sound half-way credible. The 330k dollar deal was actually a piece of property put on public auction BY THE COMPANY and purchased by a player. Large property auctions like this tend to happen once every 1-2 years in this game and have been since 2003. Also, there is no such thing as ending your subscription - there is no subscription. Fail troll fails.

I see that Entropia Universe is as exciting to play as ever, lol. You can put sugar on crap to try and mask the taste, but in the end, you're still getting crap. EU is one of "the" worst games I've ever played in my life, and I've played a lot of them.

@ghostalin There are now, but not at the time this video was made. The company that produces this game had been promising vehicles for 7 years and finally delivered on that promise in the last big patch.

There is quest's, But basicly its a game where you hunt/mine/craft, based on a mix of Fun factor & excitement there is being real cash you are working with.

@haynakaw999 EU been a long way ;) started my journey the 26 december 2003, While i dont agree with how loot system works today (more gamble than balance) this game has a long life ahead of it still. and its still strong on its 7' th year,, Especially with the new engines

@santiainen You can earn money and loose money ;). Its not a replacement for work. If you went doing guaranteed profit proffesions in Entropia you'll have a pretty sucky $ / hour ratio lol :).

If you play for fun, Maybe you hit awsome loot and are able to earn alot of money, But here we are talking luck ;).

in the beggining it is possible but highly improbable.

the only way to make money in this game is to spend lots of it first.

@ enpaprobertvagyok I was making $10 a day but that took long hours and a lot of commitment and I started with nothing. I withdrew a while back, they take $30 total(for me) off the top when you withdraw. It seems the competition is fierce now in trading so its best to start with a good bit of money. I now hunt in game after selling my sweat from creatures. If I wanted to start making $ again I would want to invest at least $500 =5000PED for a decent start in trading.

@ enpaprobertvagyok my best day was when I made $70 off one item. I bought a hairstylist chair for $100 aka 1,000 PED and sold it for around $180 aka 1,800 PED, after auction house fee I made more or less $70. The $ is in high end items, quick returns, maybe buy and sell ores/enmatters etc... good luck.

@ jh5kl Well I actually did want a laptop so I could leave the house with it. I managed to get the laptop to play this game and its only a bit laggy but at first graphics where bad, they seemed to work themselves out though so I can see everything on low settings. I still plan to get a good pc with good graphics card though.

Sorry, don't understand your question totally. If you ask, how you should advance without loosing too much money: 1) get into a good active society. 2) Find an experienced player as a friend. 3) ask friendly and ask often. 4) Get an Opalo Rifle and hunt small Daikibas, Combibos, Exarosaurs, Sabakumbas (only youngs) 5) When you maxed the rifle (ask in soc what this means), get a Amp101.

Basically, we pay, because we are allowed to make items in game to real €uros again, officially and directly from the game to my bank account. So the money we pay in can be taken out partly or fully... depends how good you play :).

What's great about Entropia Universe is that it's FREE to download and FREE to play (there's no monthly subscription fees).

It also has a Real Cash Economy, where 10 PED (Project Entropia Dollars) are equal to $1 USD, so you can actually earn money by playing and then withdraw that money back into your real life Bank Account.

There is no Driveable vechiles inside Calypso yet, There is hangars containing Spaceships. But these arent controlled but simply launched and autopiloting to the destination choosen, Anyhow when you own a hangar & a fully operational Spaceship. These player hangars are the only way to travel to other planets, So these players with hangars earns money by flying people to the other places, A ship can contain 5 people.

Its all in the downloaded client, When you downloaded the game from the website, It will be installed by a regular Exe install, And it will be all ready to play once its finished.

Thing is even if you update the game there alwaysgoing to lose people do to computer not being good enough like random access memory or just the video card lose people due to the graphics and you gain due to the graphics nothing wrong with it of course im still downloading it and my computer is 7 years old 4 gig update new memory card More RAM and im still wondering if it works either why im with it. Yea and I wonder how much more money they're going to lose due to players unable to actually run the damn engine. Even the minimum requirements are higher than the average system of today, certainly the RAM anyway.

RAM is the easiest and cheapest part of the computer to upgrade. I dont understand how people deposit hundreds yet they cannot afford a 500$ computer. Sure it will rid off some players but it will certainly invite alot more people, wether this is good or bad we dont know.
