  • @Rudenko54 What's wrong with you? Are you blind and stupid that the world is black and white? Not so,if you didn't watch the video WATCH IT! Your spaniards brought the bible,it says seek and you shall find, then find the truth about Taino culture, Who wants to be a spanird, and all mixed. YOU that's who.

  • Most Puerto Ricans are not full Taino..of course we know that but it does not mean we can not say we are Taino

  • De Caguas PR. Tainos spirits are alive.

  • Do the Spaniards and Catholics feel remorse for what they did to original inhabitants? The Moors subjugated the Spanish for a few centuries prior to the Spanish subjugation of the "new world". Navajo and Apache were never conquered by the Spanish, alot were killed, though.

  • "resurrecting guanina", latin america is in the process of reclaiming its indeginous roots, and along with that its true identity, the countries who truly suffered this disgusting genocide, are puerto rico, cuba, and santo domingo, along with many mexican indigenous groups as well as venezuela. history will need to be rewritten to make up for what happened.

  • spicy of the world.....spanish were and are still garbitch..

  • Hispanics have ancestry from East Africans/Arabians who came here way before Columbus even knew about America

  • when will you people get it we are all mixed, puerto ricans are not pure taino but a mixture of spaniard, black and taino. No one in the world today is really pure. you are just puerto ricans thats it there is nothing wrong of being proud of a past culture but seriously we need to stop saying we are definitly tainos or spaniards cause your all mixed.

  • @rudenko54 Why would we be proud of being Spaniard???? Puerto Rican are mixed...But I do not like being mixed with Spaniard..Just saying

  • when it comes to job application for government etc. I was taught to check white for race and hispanic for ethnicity. I always felt it was wrong, but a big part of my mother's side of the family has spaniards in them and take pride in that. I however always felt I was different and looked different. I never agreed with term hispanic and til this day everyone ask me if I'm hispanic from southamerica. Until recently someone told me I should check native american and write Taino.

  • @hvnlyangellee why should you write taino native for your race? why not check mixed race when you are doing a job application? it sounds kinda wrong knowing that most of your heritage/roots comes from spain, don't ya think?

And how do you even know if your a decendant of a taino? just because some said that you should put on a check for native as your true race dosen't mean you are really a native, you might be a decendant from many diffrent places! take a dna test to confirm your true roots.

  • although they gave him a spanish name and baptized him, he know in his heart and soul he was taino. This is what many of us feel within our soul

  • todo mi respeto gracias por la enseñanza !

the calling is the heart not in the flesh or the mind

    Nativa Borikua en St. Kitts

  • Tainos are deff not extinct i

  • Reading the note at 7:06 was so factual and Inspiring it made me want to be Taino!!

    (and I'm Black) LOL

  • Thanks for posting the documentary. Nice addition at the end. I'm visiting Puerto Rico next month. Can't wait.

  • If in doubt about your heritage, please employ a dna test. They are not expensive and are widely available. Somos Tainos no obstante las mentiras o odio!

  • in santiago, in the dominican republic you can see and find the truth if you ever go.

you can see clearly the mix of the spanish and the taino, as well as in most of puerto rico , so when they say the taino blood was extinct they lying and most of the history books got it wrong. any dominican knows what im talking about.

  • extinc was but only a strategy and message that it was suppose to be send back to the crown of spain, and the funny part is that it work so well that even now most of the people think they was. lol i can prove that is still taino decedents in the Dominican republic As my grand mother (RIP) side of the family you can just tell by looking at her and also my father side, as for my grand father you can see the spanish side as he is white and have blue eyes as most on his side of the family.

  • a great number of Tainos were killed by the Spanish but many hid their identities because they did not want to be killed, many assimilated into Spanish society regardless not all people who call themselves hispanics are descendants of Tainos, some are spanish some mixed, its just surprising when we learn that we are so much more many things than we think we are that Spaniards hid the truth from the Taino people so they wouldnt dare to revolt and think their people were extinct

  • ENRIQUE IS A POWERFUL NAME I AM MUY MUY INTRIQUED BY HIS BRAVERY HE IS AN INSPRITAION TO ME

  • CAN I PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HAVE THAT VERY LAST PICTURES PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( Where can I find it! ?????????? (The one with the Taino on the left and the paragraph on the right on top of a greenish background! I want it !!!!!!

  • enriquillo clan and celtic of the highlands of scotland

  • One of the best documentaries i've seen!

  • Im reading a lot of post with people saying tainos are only in puerto rico and santo domingo but im here to let you all know im from haiti and my blood line is taino. Even though my blood line has african blood too (thanks to the european that brought the africans over) my grandmother is from haiti she was very dark but she had indian hair and i always how did she have hair like indians so i started my research and the elders in my family informed me that we were indians 1st. true story......

  • @shacolin You are so right we must remember that Hispaniola is one island but that today is divided between the Dominican Republic and Haiti...according to this book i read Tainos were divided when the French took over the island while some Taino came to speak French and others Spanish they lost connection it was another way for dividing people isnt it crazy that today those people who are Taino and dont even know it claim to be Spaniards their original oppressors i swear what an irony

  • @xSteph809x Right, suffered all this to forget it ever happend they don't even want to hear about it it's really sad. a gift destroys the heart

  • @xSteph809x thats true, i am a dominican who is predomininantly taino. puerto rico has a lot of taino blood but they are not aware of it and 80% of the population comsider themselves to be white. which anyone with two eyes can see thats not true. btw haitians dont have taino blood as the french were more cruel and killed them. if some stayed alived in haiti they mixed with africans. haitians dont show taino features not even one.

  • @TheExtraordinaryTeen I am Haitian and show some Taino features.... I don't believe what you are stating is correct but I do agree with people not being aware of their ancestral past. Haitians still use some of the native language of Taino's today.

  • @TheExtraordinaryTeen umm yea, haitians do have some taino ancestry. You're just a racist biggoted jerk who makes YT videos degrading haitian people! well sir you are wrong! there are haitians with some indigenous ancestry, take it or leave it hoe!

  • There are Taino's in the blue mountains of Jamaica where they have stayed for hundred's of years.

  • Has anyone ever made a movie about Enrique's rebellion (not a movie focusing on everything Columbus did) but just soley about Enrique's story? ...if not then someone needs to, it wouldn't do very good if made on a low budget, but if done right i'm sure it would be popular

  • This video is surely inspirational, where can I purchase it? Quisqueya-Borinken!!!

  • Guarionex

  • When Enrique captured Valenzuela, there were only 11 Spaniards. The rest were probably auxiliaries.

When the Ciguana attacked the country side the force consisted of 3,090 fighting men---90 of which were Spaniards.

I kinda know a lot oabout shit like this so we need to get the word out: natives fought natives for this continent.

  • looking at the history the Tiano's were on all carribiian islands. Why is it speculated that Puerto Rican hold the true heritage? Seems that Puerto Rico beeing americanized contridicts that to a degree. I would speculate that stronger ties would lie in the Dominican and Haitian communities. Feed back definitely welcomed.

  • GUAROCUYA !!!!!! REBELDE SIEMPRE !!!! EL JEFE SUPREMO, POR SIEMPRE VIVO.

  • I m Boricua... a Taino native pride....i gotta ageed with DOMINICANO1992

  • wow now all of a sudden everyone is taino. I've only met one other person that wasnt related to me that had taino heritage..

  • tainos are not extinc the remaining one were free and then most of them were mixed with spanierds and africans

  • i hate these spaniards bastards !!!!!!! que viva boriken libre!!! soy taino arawak de boriken!! these europeans are nigua's

  • Those ppl are Dead now. what more do you want? dont hold current spaniards responsible for something they didn't do.. shall i hold you responsible for something you didn't do and see how you react? how would you feel if i held a gun to your head and killed you because you great great great grandfather killed mine? unjustice...im Spanish i havent killed anyone or enslaved anyone.. every race colour and creed have killed, enslaved murderd..White Europeans & Arabs were just the best at doing it

  • @jondelos If you think infecting people with small pox and other diseases and theb attacking while they were weak being the best then yeah you sure were. But don't worry one day Cemanahuac will be all of ours

  • wow who is this Enrique guy. I liked his policy and how he dealed with the tough situation him and his people faced. Im a big fan of indigenous freedom fighters who risisted against White colonial invaders. Im an Australian Aboriginal

  • enrique the taino sounds like he can have the same mentality as

geronimo the apache who is considered an american legend who rebeld and fought for his people.

    i trully like this character

  • la libertad indigena siempre hay que sobrevivir para que pueden decir la historia en como ellos han luchado de permanecer aqui

ellos no son inmigrantes estaban aqui primero y sus dioses lo crearon aqui.they are more american than anybody it has nothing to do with european languages that will stop at nothin to rob their identity in giving it all up to this shit. the main reason that all native americans are called native is because they are indigenous to the americas.

  • @islandwarrior16 I AM ENRIQUE!

  • @islandwarrior16 he is a native dominican

  • @islandwarrior16 His name was truly Enriquillo and Spaniards simple made the association with the Spanish name Enrique. He was found lurking in the ashes of the fire that kill his father. He is well remember here in the island of Quisqueya or like the Spaniards name it La Hispaniola. Our biggest lake was name after him many streets and plaza have his name and the Mulatos that liberated the island from Spanish rule use his figure has a war cry...

  • Alien invasion are after the gold of this planet, see AVATAR, they are still here among us disguise preaching "love" while looting and cancelling the history of Earth's indigenous people...is it time for mankind to realise this and unite...(?)

  • Soy, Soy Inaru Taina...it is my name. And I shall remain true to it.

  • I feel Taina, I am Taina, the love for people must come from them, all people, a lot like them and yet I am to find one that can reciprocate in kind, for words and lies do not hold ground in my heart, but we certainly learned to accept it from our masters, til this very day don't we. Fuck DNA. Yo soy TAINA!! Take it and love it!

  • true its all about how you IDENTIFY yourself, doesnt matter how mix you are. As long as you're decended from a taino, Its you, that determines who you are...Fuck DNA

    peace

  • I feel the same Sister I am Taino as well.Mixture does not wash out bloodline.

  • You need to travel to the mountain where Enriquillo setlled to see real taino blood in DR

  • @sottmiix please thar is no sutch thingas taina its only taino its the name of the tribe you dont see aztecs wemonall thimselfs any thing othe7r thin aztec

  • One does not have to be DNA certified to carry the spirit Taino. So I may have Portugese, Spaniard and African blood in my Taina mix, but by no means am I accepted, nor can I identify with either of these cultures. Therefore, I will continue to identify with what my spirit feels.

  • spanish version???

  • coquibig....some of puerto ricans areof mixed Taino and another, so its true allright bec alot of us took dna tested done, sorry bro

  • im so called black but this right here just blew my head. makes sense. 500 stara. ima keep watching...

  • Taino/Mexihcalt movements! howka hey.

  • Enrique or Enriquillo lived in what is today the Dominican Republic, so you need to change you're tags. The island of Kiskeya Hayti or Bohio had the largest population of native people in the entire caribbean that's a fact. Many Dominicans have Taino blood also.

  • this is democracy no wonder HIS EXELLENCY FIDEL CASTRO IS SO AGAINST EUROPEAN DOMINATION. HAIL HUGO CHAVEZ , HAIL EVO MORALES. HAIL AGUSTO CESAR SANDINO. HAIL SIMON BOLIVIA LONG LIVE ERNESTO CHE' GUAVERA

  • tainos are in colombia too

  • thin thay are not tru taino

  • I truly detest Columbus/Colombo now. Makes me ashamed that I am part Spaniard. My grandfather's parents moved to DR and on one of his travels to PR, he met my grandmother. My grandmother, she has passed (I love you Abuela!) I dont know who her ancestors are, but Im pretty sure she had African in her blood. Anyhow, this truth explains a lot. I think I have all kinds of Native American ancestors if I go by all the visions & dreams I get.

  • I am 22 and I truely NEVER knew that I was of Native American descent. I was always taught that I'm hispanic and that's about it. I wish I knew because I LOOK native american. I have always been told I look Indian and my response would be ,"Nope, I'm Puerto Rican." WOW, I am so proud and feel so enlightened to finally know the truth. It all makes sense.

  • the tainos os were not the only ones to sufer at the time they were african slaves as well.today in modern dominican there many black dominicans and black mixed with taino and spanish

  • i feel like i miss the tainos...

  • jowey...thats enough...dont be hatin on DR or Cubans......puerto rico and here in nyc have Taino nations are united with Cuba Taino group and maybe dominican with Taino bloods if they take dna tests might be united with us anyway.

  • I hate the fact that I have spanish blood in me!

  • lol i do too but i also got taino in me that wat gives us that dominican look

  • tainos dominican look? dominicans look like negros/spanirds to me ,,,what are u ashamed of ur african roots? tell me what real native has features like an afican with curly hair,,real natives has straight hair learn more about human physical charateristics...dominicans are mostly negroid lokking

  • im dominican and i have straight hair i got all three in me spanish, african and taino,my grandma is vary black her moms was a taino and my grand father is very white with green eyes

  • and....seems like you dont know shit bout dominicans

  • @centauri32111 STFU IDK where you be chillen when you go to DR pero chula mi papa tiene ojos azules y claro y mi familia entera es blanquita como te quedo el ojo? I know ton of Dominicans that are light skinned ,light eyed, maybe is true that many deny their african roots because even though i am a Dominican with green eyes and blonde hair i know there must be some negro en mi y eso es un orgullo let me say this all throughout history we have been taught to reject the negro and that has to stop

  • I'm just glad he beat those Spanish childfuckers!

  • Enrrique lived in the HIspaniola !!!

  • Great info.

Hurts my taino spirit to read some of the comments.

    Peace!

  • D0MINICAN01992 you are so right and what you say is true

  • why is the main Taino focus based on puerto rico?

Dominicans and cubans still have Taino heritage. We too are Tainos, we too shed blood, and Enrique the "rebel" was born in Quisqueya (the Taino name for the Island of the Dominican Republic and Haiti). His people settled in Cibao, which is a northern region in the Dominican Republic.

when are we going to be equally recognized for our blood ties to the Taino people?

  • Comment removed

  • why are you even making that into an issue?

i do understand what you are saying about all tainos shedding blood. however dont let pride of a region get in the way...the tainos were one people...not to mention taino people from puerto rico werent even recognized in this doc...just dont stoop to the narrow minded thinking that almost wiped our ancestors away. its sad that puerto ricans and dominicans have to have such rivalry.

  • I have no rivalry against them. and when there is rivalry it is usually gang-based. There are plenty of Puerto Ricans and Dominicans that live together perfectly.

I was bringing out the point because if you type in Tainos, you will get almost 99% puerto rican documentation and recognition while it is harder to get dominican recognition for the same topic.

its not narrow minded, to be narrow minded is to not open your eyes to other possibilities.

  • yeah its just i live in new york and grew up in the bronx...and the rivalry and prejudice is there...not on a grand scale, but its almost a competition in a way on who's a better people. also theres this constant idea that some puerto ricans and dominicans have of each other which makes no sense to me at all.

  • thats narrow minded to me because their forgetting how similar in roots they are and even the possiblities, as you said, they can share and achieve if they/ we united in ideals and heritage as a people.

i guess the reason that puerto rico comes up alot is because theres quite a few taino revival organizations that are well known. however for the most part i dont know what other reason it could be.

  • sorry about the length of this reply lol

  • nah its cool man...I completely understand where your coming from though. I hate the rivalry as well.

our cultures are so similar and have the same roots, that to hate one would be to hate your own.

  • Our cultures arent similar, that's exactly the reason why "los dominicanos" ends getting so hated when they come to puerto rico. When dominicans they come behaving like they are use to do there. Btw, Puerto Rico used to be the ritchest and most important harbor of america in the last 500 years. In the present time we are one of the most important harbors on the planet. Why this fact? Cuz historically markenting has a lot to do with the development of country's culture.

  • no im pretty sure its not "the way 'los dominicanos' act like they are use to do there"

    1. we were trying to stop the hate, and here you come spreading more

    2. they are similar - same people (tainos), same history (colonization), same lands

    3. you cant condemn a nation for the actions of one man (you cant stereorype)

    4. why brag? did i brag? no

    5. of course you would be an important harbor for the US -> its their commonwealth!

how can you make a logical argument with such ignorant thoughts?

  • 1) im not hating, im just being honest. I dont go to santo domingo to try to impose my will, a vast mayority of dominican come here trying to do that. Im not hating I have being witness of it. And believe me Im not xenofobic neither racist. 2) We arent the same people. We have our own culture and you have yours!! Out culture allow us to embrace others, that doesnt mean we dont have our identity. Definetelly is not the same land. 3) Hasnt being one man, has being a lot of them.....

  • 4) Yeah, maybe I brag a little but not because I feel better than you or others, is just my way of be giving the influences and the culture i have learn to live on. Puerto Rican pride. 5) There is no its. Our political status was a historical politicl achivement and it allows to choose our destiny. Is not an imposition, btw anyone born in puerto rico is automatically a US citizens. So we have the best of both worlds.

  • w/e dude, i tried on my part, obviously you aren't mature enough to put aside differences for a better outcome.

I'm not gonna hate on PR because your so ignorant. but keep living the way you do, lets see how far that takes you.

im glad your proud, and im glad your happy.

I just hope that one day people will stop being so damn ignorant against each other. But then again this proves just how wrong you are about Dominicans.

Cya, I'm done here, nice talking to you though.

  • That's exactly my point. I dont have diference with dominicans or anybody else, at this point of my life I try to relate with everybody but definetally i need to relate with people I identify.

I have my owns values and criteria. The only thing that Im pointing out about your comments is that domincans arent us. That's not a bad thing, is just reality. That doesnt mean that you are a superior or an inferior country is just that you arent us. Btw...

  • I feel that you thing this a discriminating issue but aint is. Anually hundreds of dominicans try to come to Puerto Rico illegally. This year i saw about 100 hundred of dominican dying in the process because they couldnt find the land. The question is, If you know we are a commonwealth then why people from a free country would do such a risky trip?? For a better life? Have you ever think how tough is for us to suceed in our own land and handling this issue at the same time? .....

  • @JOWEYPR Well exactly how you said why would anyone be willing to take such a big risk leave their homeland behind leave their people and everything that is dear to them ... is because they are desperate, desperate for a better life you are right so why can you not understand it may be hard to move up in your land but those who come from the bottom always find a way to take advantage of the little they have whereas those at the top never seem to do so because they are already alright

  • Comment removed

  • To relate with each other we have to respet each other, right? So when you disrespect the rules of a country, how you think people are going to feel about it? And yes I know Im generalizing but, actually this is the issue with your land. Today, about a hundredth thousand of dominicans are living in the island. Those are 100,000 votes? Meaning, that this people actually have power to chance our future? Maybe USA should invade your country for you to understand the issue. :-D....

  • dont listen to this dude...Cuba Puerto Rico and DR share the same TAINO culture and we all have a lot of history together...even the way we speak is similar as far as certain words, but the accent is different. some people just want to feel special i guess...its like how central americans share aztec blood etc. I'm proud to have a brotherhood with Cuba n DR and I consider the people like my own...

  • but guess what now its poorer than the poorest US state and the crime rate is high in PR...it looks like the US got the best of Puerto rico with this commonwealth status and it bit us in the ass....PR is like the US's whore now....they strip the land make condos and use PR for whatever else they can...i just hope it doesnt become a state...we do have similar cultures...if you dont see that you are BLIND, cubans are like us too, theres just certain things that are different

  • Lol! That's easy to explain, you cannt get recognition using our boricua tribe. Taino spread themself as far to the seacoast of miami but, all culture is base on what teh native indian on the island did in Puerto Rico. Boricua, btw i have read about a great cacique of dominican republic that fought spaniards there. Than again, the only reason you think like that is because you are more worry of what we do

  • whats the purpose in lighting another fire between our countries? its stupid

  • @xyourtvsetx they we mentioned

  • Thank you for this

    Shalom

  • I've read about this so many times in high school in D.R. and i still wished that somehow this documentary was going to end differently. Coño... people don't talk about this enough. I mean people are stressing because the whales are dying (don't get me wrong the should) but here is an entire race of humans... simply gone... Their cultured completely destroyed.

  • label u as a taino?...u wish u were taino...what the fuck?...its an honour to hav taino blood...we till this day have the fuckng influence of spanish shit..they would teach more about spain than our own people, the tainos, people r still so ignorant the real facts and they did a monument in the name of a mother fucker that detroyed a whole nation...i hope they fuckngdetrpy the faro a colon..he deservs a pile of shit as monmnet

  • Dont let the white man label you as a Taino No such word all of this is Lies set up by the Demonic politicians If any Hispanics wanna know the real truth according to the Bible Go on my channel watch All the videos on,"who is Esau in the Bible"Then watch "Hebrew Israelites" All parts 1-5 Then Click on another video called Hispanics are Israelites/

  • @CrashArtSkillz 100% Right!

  • wow get over the fact that people of the caribbean are of black and spanish or frnch descent. th tainos died sadly. cubans are mostlty negro domnicans mulattoe both in dr and us and ricans are ,ulattoe in us and in pr. Im not tryin to be black but you see it in the people from curly hair to wide noses and so on.

  • There are full blooded tainos, isolated though.

  • That's true but the full blooded ones are obviously the ones, who escaped from the rule of the conquistadores, but the majority of them are mestizo or mamba even, modern day puerto ricans, cubans, and dominicans can trace their ancestry back to tainos.

  • taino pride

  • Tainos are still alive in the mountains, the spanish gov in puerto rico said that they were extinct only to erase the memory of them.

  • no thAR ARE NO MORE FULL BLOOD TAINO BUT I DO NO THAT THE TAINO LIVE ON IN ARE PUERTO RICAN BLOOD

  • Modern day puerto ricans, dominicans, cubans descend from tainos but the majority have african and spanish blood.

  • They beat the spanish with fish bones, The spanish are such fuckin pussies.

  • The english immigrants in the U.S. and canada (who falsely label themselves as "americans")were getting screwed up with bows and arrows, spears, what a bunch of pussie ass cocksuckers.

  • someone who's proud of there REAL HERITAGE that of course is not "hispanic" or "latino"=europeans, U ARE NOT FROM EUROPE THEREFORE U CAN'T TRUELLY CLAIM THIS AS YOUR IDENTITY WICH CAUSES DISRESPECT TO YOUR REAL IDENTITY!!!!!

WE ARE INDEGENOUS/NATIVE/ innocents who suffered from colonialism since 1492!!!!

HOPE THAT HELPED U FOUND OUT WHO WE ARE!!!

    PEACE

  • Simple, we are all that was and is to the western hemisphere called the Americas EXCEPT european or eurocentric or white.

  • We are Indigenous People, ONE PEOPLE!! We are the original people of the western hemisphere. We are not Latinos, Hispanic, white, caucasian, or Europeans. We have roots to our culture, lands, heritage, and ways of life. Unlike Europeans, we have dignity, honor, a fantastic history. Do not let the BuroCraft define who you are. Explore and bring your roots back because the Euro-system seeks to exterminate us into oblivion. We are one people, we have history, we have future, we are still!

  • hail enrique fuck the spaniards except bartolome de las casas

  • I agree!!! thanks to the most real of real christian catholics, bartolome told us of the horrible genocide of a european he was ashamed of!!!!!!

  • Minuet, Part-1 thanx for sending me this clip. His taino name was guarocuya. He was a great man. We have more heros like him, hatuey, guama etc etc. What people dont understand is that the treaty was signed in 1540 but we were asummed extinct 20 years after contanct. The numbers dont add up. But this was a nessary evil. Bartolome de las cassa pushed for the extinction myth to spain. As a matter of fact. If you had 10 taino slaves some spaniords would say the 5 died.

  • Part 2- That way they didnt have to pay taxes. Also any taino uncle toms would be counted as spaniords in the censos. Obvuosly the queen of spain wouldnt go to americas and check. So if it wasnt for bartolme de las casas pushing the extinction myth who know what would have happend. Sadly cause of this. African were brought as slaves. Back then the european didnt have to pay taxes on them. They use to think that africans had no souls. Very sad.

  • Part 3- I have read some of bartolems work. Horrible what my ancestors went threw. Sadly the like I said the africans took over. Then obviously the euros found the mainland and we all know the horrible thing they did there too. But anyway the taino surviros found today are found in the cibao region of the dominican rep. Historian, dna, anthropolgist, archoeslogist confirm the above story. But it aslo confirm that the taino extinction is a myth. We are still here.

  • BROTHER I THANK U VERY MUCH FOR LETTING THE GENERAL PUBLIC KNOW!!!!thanks and i agree that maybe because of Las Casas myth of the Taino instinction caused the wordls most FORCED horrible migration to the carribean and in general the MAINLAND!!!!

YOU FUCKING ROCK DOMINICANMESTIZO/PROUD TAINO BROTHER!!!!

btw i also read pieces so far "A SHORT ACCOUNT OF THE DESTRUCTION OF THE INDIES" fucking horrible monsters and that's just a SHORT account!!read the HISPANIOLA part so far, got the book!

  • i don't really have this book, i checked it out at our school libraries because i'm going to talk about in class about a man (bitchass fake colombus and his day) who lead this GENOCIDE!!!others decided to choose about enrique iglesias, jeff hunt, chevy, etc.. but i'm gonna give this class a second thought at "american" history and of course KNOWLEDGE that says fuck CAPITALISM, FUCK YEAH!!!! and yes I WILL INCLUDE THIS MAN'S BRAVERY along with Cautemoc, and of course CRAZYHORSE !!!

  • Strickly speaking from a economic point of view, Latino/a is also used by persons of power and by business men and coporations as a way to group the masses under one LATINO or HISPANIC umbrella! This way all people who live South of the Border or Migrate North can easily be labeled and marketed and hence the business entrepreneurs and corporations reap the profits!

  • Spanish is derived from Latin, the language of the Romans, and so is Portuguese and French and other European languages.

The Latino/a term is a applied to the masses where where European Spanish and Portuguese invaded and colonized and where they had influence. The Indigenous peoples are the survivers of the invasion, rape, theft, and occupation, hence there's now a large biracial and small Indigenous population. However, the ruling class continues to be persons of European descent!

  • If you're not European(white) person, and remember the term Hispanic and Latino are derived from Euro Western Civilization, then you might be a Afro African(black) person who refuses to MIGRATE BACK AFRICA!

  • good videos

    thanks, jrwhitewolf!

  • This is an example of what the same family satanic family of the world are capable of doing to your own as long they can control your kids mind to go against you, the parents. Chuck Baldwin for president 2008. This is my treausure I give to you... While you still have a free choice in this soon transforming world if Baldwin doesn't get back for the sake of humanity, the white house

  • they should make a movie about enrique

  • Hail Enrique!

  • So, the Tainos were not exterminated by the spanish? I keep reading in books that they were extinct. But than again the the savages have distorted history to befit squatting on stolen lands....

Nice to know that Indigenous heritage is alive and we will one day get our lands back from the savages who stole our lands.

  • this is pretty good man.

  • Growing up in america I had no idea who I was. I knew I was Boricua, but had no idea what that meant. One day in prison a black man asked me "do you know what Boricua means? I was silent and had no idea. When I became a free man I went to the library and spoke to older people and searched inside my soul. Today no money in the world could take the place of knowing that me and some of my descendants are "Boricua Taino " Lords of Borinquen. Land of the brave lords. WoW thats me!

  • its in the dna people!!! NEVER DEAD NEVER A SLAVE!!!

  • Where can I find more videos like these? There was one about the Toltecs in Mexico I saw some time ago.

  • God those Europeans are such pussys. They could never win a war fairly and they get so scared when someone fights back. Cowards.

  • I only agree with one thing. You should end your life so the world can have a brighter future!

Btw, im just joking please dont do such stupid thing!!!

  • Well, actually our mtDNA tends to be native indian. We dont have any 16% french. Our mix is african black, indian and spaniard. So dont know where u get your info but that explain why u are so dumbass

  • We are what history has made us....There is nothing we can do about what took place decades ago...We can only teach our children so they tell their children and the suffering we have had to endure is never forgotten...We are seen as foreigners in our own continent...and those who dare judge us are the real foreigners...Time will bring justice and justice will retunr the control of our continent back to us..the survivors of the injustice that this country was built upon...

  • The Tainos have the respect from the Saponi/Manahoac descendant's collins family....people today have stolen our Sapoin/Manahoac heritage, Our ancestors have records saying they are Saponi/Manahoac....yet people with no records have stolen our heritage...while at the same time others try and claim the Saponi and Manahoac died out and became extinct......so believe us....we know how you feel and you have our support fully.

  • I agree with the genetic fact, but like i said: My roots, emotional roots, cultural roots, traditional roots, behavior, identity is puerto rican. An Puerto Rican is everybody who knows it culture has lives among us and embrace himself as a puerto rican. Nationalities is a state of the mind and the heart, if you react to marc anthony song about puerto rico is because you feel puerto rican is that simple. You are what you feel you are nothing to do with blood lines.

  • Amazing ajajaja. This is so funny, we are puerto ricans not native indians, not africans, not spaniards. Puerto Ricans. If some reasong u look native american is because is in your blood. You could be black or white, or light reddish( Like I am) i love my cultures in its fool exntension. I love my spaniards roots, my africans roots and I love feeling I was part of a great tribe (Tainos) but Im Puerto Rican or Boricua if u like. BUt boricua for me, today, means a mix of 3 races not one.

  • Puerto Ricans today ARE NOT only these 3 races. Read more and you'll learn that in the 18 and 19th century we had a huge immigration boom from other European countries like France and Italy. My maternal great granmother was Corsican NOT Spanish.

  • co-sign... my mom was zamba (taino & fulbe... blk african) and my dad was fulbe... or bella, their slaves, mixed with tuareg... many pr's and other caribbeans have north african blood, afro-asiatic... in addition to the spaniard. Myself, no Spaniard at all... which was surprising. DNA opens up a wide door.

  • Interesting.. im cuban and my dads side of the family were native indian i remember as a child he used to show me pictures of my great great grandfather and used to tell me he was an indian and also taught me how to make a whitle sound with my hands, but i dont know if he was taino or guanahatabey which was another tribe in cuba, but my moms side of the family was spanish..also a furtune teller told me i was indian in a past life.. Pretty cool huh!
