@higgyful i ur trying to gain mass, eat more protein take protein shakes, do less cardio workouts, but only a couple times a week to keep urself lean and lift mainly heavy weight. there are also pro hormones out there that are just for body mass, go to ur local nutrition store for work out products, not gnc, and ask if they have pro hormones, if so, as for just the ones for mass.
