1 - Try to keep your thumb where it is (behind the neck) when you're playing bar chords all the time.
2 - Use all your fingers on your left hand! You use your middle finger when you should be using your third.. Generally try to keep your hand as still as the music allows and let the fingers do most of the moving.
3 - Alternate picking! Pick down, then up. All the time. You seem to be doing too many downstrokes.
