Every time I type in Hmong Laos, ya always give me Hmong wars videos. I'm so tired of that. Who cares about the 6%. War is over. Give up Caub Fab! and go back to the village to get an education. I have watched the entire movie and my make was that the French guy didn't really do anything more then taking bunch uneducated hmong men for hiking. Given the danger in Dien Bien Fu, the guy could airlifted them in less then 2 hours instead of one month. My point was that the French came to exploit the little people in SE Asian badly. They deserve to be defeated ang go bad home to europe. Live long the native people.

During colony days, the French didn't use the Hmongs to build Yunnan rainways from North-Vietnam to Kungming because the Hmongs live on highlands. The French used Tai-dam, Lue, Chuang and Bai as coolies (Free labors). Why the French failed to build Hmong kingdom in Yunnan where are still millions and millions of them living in China? Do not look down on the Hmongs that are seriously trying to make life in Laos.
