1 - The bomb was under the barrel. As to why the CT didn't realize this, I have no clue.

2 - He didn't use an aimbot. He sprayed his ass off and the random spray pattern just happened to hit him in the head. If it was an aimbot, he wouldn't have fired more than a couple shots before killing him.
