A few pointers. If you look like zeodeluca - Stop Dieting - you look great already. For the rest of you, the equation is simple.. calories in equals calories out.
When calories in (food) exceeds calories out (exercise and work), weight gain is the result. So in order to lose weight, you need to understand that calorie values of the foods you eat, and try to avoid the "empty calorie" foods like sweets, soda, chips and ice cream. It seems youtube is haven for people who know nothing.
