When I saw the title I said this in British accent: "Boning a duck? What in the name of Potter does that mean? Why in the world is it called Boning?? Isn't it supposed to be about -ahem- of some guys, not ducks! And why am I speaking in british accent?"
Unreal!!! Ducks, unlike turkeys or even chickens, just do not have the same amount of meat on them. So, why would one go through this nightmare? Simply dry rub this baby after you've cleaned and washed him; then, place this baby on a nice grill with plenty hickory and cherry wood chips (slow roast). That's all you need. Quarter him and serve him after he's done. There you have it!!
i hope hes going to keep the Duck Bones for Duck Soup. that is some goooood Soup

Title should be " how to mangle a duck". That was BAD to the boning!
And took 5 minutes! Take the knife away. PLEASE! Waste of meat. Moron.
