I'm actually learning German at the moment, theses pass few weeks that is, I find it the best language out there hehe, in my opinon that is, not to affend anyone out there heh. Dan you English is quite good thanks for the German tips, very helpful ofcourse.
i have a question, hope you answer it... about the "r"
do i pronounce it like something between Russian and French?.. or you have said on the tip of the tongue such as spanish.. so it is far from the "gh".. or what?
I dont know how the russian or the french "r" is pronounced, but in german it is almost the opposite of the spnisch "r"
im not sure, if it helps, but i would say, that speaking the german "r" is a little bit like snoring in the other direction, so while exhaling - but through the fauces, and not through the nose...^^
@DrKillaser american people usually just can't pronounce the german "r". And Germans can't pronounce the english "th". I try but I say "fanks" instead of "thanks". You really have to hear and practise the "r". Even a lot of German people can't roll the R. Try this: Close your throat at the very end, where your palate is or somewhere there. Then breath out (!) and try to make something like a snore-sound. Open your throat a little bit more until the air kind of vibrates. This is the R
@DrKillaser this is like in french ( im from serbia but my parents are from germany so i speak german every day ) just here it a few times it isnt that difficult ;)
I'm german, why am I watching a german lessons?
