I have both the bose portable and bose soundlink and am very happy with both being portable and good battery life I am a happy camper, though for real good sound I am planning opn getting the beats by dre b beatbox

@EarlLedden I don't know how I feel about bose with ipad dock. I don't think they would make one. iPad would take over the system due to it's size. I think Airport express is still my preferred way.
