Right now we're in the planning phase, but what I want to know is, were there any difficulties with maybe the weather and its effect on the field? @xFazeTwox To protect from all the rain,we get, i make sure to paint everything that isnt pressure treated, and lift everything slightly off the ground with bricks (free off of craigslist). Sandbags are cheap this time of year, & last a long time. Pallets are free, last a few years, but I try to avoid them, cuz when they start to decompose you have problems with sharp nails sticking out all over them. I use a lot of trees that naturally fall every year, then just cut & stack them.

this is awesome! im making a field behind my house also! its going to in dense woods just like yours. Im using a bunch of old wood,tin,barrels and pallets around the house so i think it will turn out well considering its completely FREE. hope to see more of the field.

@demnslayer09 The field was built mostly by me and a friend. I designed the tanks out of 2x4s. osb, and some old metal roofing sheets. The cannons on the tanks are just pvc pipe. Most everything that isnt natural materials(logs) was found in the free section of craigslist, and/or donated by friends and people that come and play with me on my field. The only thing I really spent money on was the sandbags, nails and a little bit of od paint.
