That's the style the pencil artist, Jon Gray, used. His artwork is more abstract and surreal than other Archie Comic pencil artists. Those strange shapes and colors are a device to suggest emotion and ideas. Each artist has their own way of expressing things.

If anything they should stop making one of those 2 comic series and do one for the games,right now they are doing a genesis arc that's suppose to be like the games,but they filled it with their gay characters so it's not.

Anyway, I'm in love with Jules. He's my favorite character in these comics. The voice actor for him is amazing. This is clearly his character. He does it amazingly well, and it made me love Jules all the more. Scourge was a bit forced, and the menace seemed more grunted, but the tone was really good for him. The acting was amazing, not boring at all! I loved it <3

it seems that Scourge really isn't that bad of a guy just kinda f'ed up by the lack of the father figure in his life so therefor "gets rid of" his dad in a rage of how much neglect he felt from his father so in the end of THIS comic you see that Scourge is just....jelouse of his "twin" from having a dad that showed him love and spent time with him when Scourge got the short end of the stick with a dad not as...er...loving so from MY observation he isn't very proud of what he did to his dad

There's an annotation on "Mobian" in the video if you don't know what that term means.  But what Scourge means here is that his father is dead. Scourge further implies, but doesn't directly say, that he was the one who killed Anti-Jules. This would be completely within Scourge's character given his disregard for life and his past actions both on his home-world and on Mobius.

Scourge is the Anti-Sonic, meaning that his character is the opposite of Sonic's. Scourge's character definitely was influenced by the empty words and neglect of his father (the Anti-Jules), but it runs a bit deeper than that. Scourge takes pleasure in his evil deeds, just like Sonic takes pleasure in his good deeds. This makes me think that Scourge cries, not out of regret or remorse, but out of fear, envy, and longing to have what Sonic has in the Prime Jules.

For this recording, I used my Dell Latitude D620 internal microphone. The problem with it is that it picks up the noise from the hard drive while it's recording. That's why I now use a Samson CO1U USB Studio Condenser Microphone.

However, think about what he's said: He apparently didn't have much of a Dad in the Anti-Jules and when he sees the love and commitment of the Prime Jules for his son, one thinks that Scourge sheds an envious tear for what he wishes he had but never did.
