Both engines are turning counterclockwise. And the spur gear in the middle is turning clockwise. If you think about it, it works.

Why do people hallways complain about other people running there cars rich? If ur getting good speed out of it that's even better cause it's getting good lube witch protects the engine.so I say if its rich and speedy that's the best.

@670lamborghini than listen to real Nitro 2 strokers. this 4stroker sounds like a 4 stroker. it smokes because they run with oil in the nitro fuel. nitro engines are to small to run with a own oil circulation.

@MaxBeejax Easy, have you ever seen how the older Emaxx was setup when it had twin motors? The pinion gears sit mesh on opposite sides of the spur gear. Same is done on this rig I bet. Only instead of "pinions" you have the clutch bells.

some of you are retarded, thats not a 4 stroke engine, its 2x 2 strokes, and no matter what kind of engine it is, it uses oil in some way, all egines use oil unless its electric or turbine powered

I'm building a 1/10 scale F350 and have been wanting to have it simulate a diesel with stacks but couldn't decide how to do it, now I know how. Couple of questions though, how hard is it to keep them in tune with each other? What flywheel and clutch/clutch bell setup? Did you have to modify the shaft at all?

OMG! After so many years, I finally like the sound of a nitro fuelled engine! In fact I love this sound, it's, what can I call it, CHUNKY ! I never heard of a four stroke nitro before, but i like it! B-)

wrong, these tiny four strokes are nitro :) The smallest gasoline engines are found in 5th scales, and are huge in comparison.

fairly correct for the first point, but compagnucci uses the smallest gasoline engines i know of in rc cars, they are 6.3cc and can use either gas or nitro.

@gustavohuink Kinda wrong. Most RC airplanes are 4stroke like these engines, but they still use nitro fuel. Only once you get to the larger scale engines will you start seeing gasoline used. Here is some quick proof. How does an engine smoke? By burning oil. Gasoline 4 strokes don't smoke, but any 2 stroke will. The engines are so small at this size, that they still need oil in the gas since they can not contain the oil themselves seperately.

@gustavohuink Also, any engine that runs off of nitro will use a glow plug. Point out the "spark plugs" on these engines. You can't, because there are none. Just a glow plug. That would be your second clue that this is just a nitro engine using valves to make it a four stroke.
