There are four types of basic quailties.Low,Normal,High,and Extra which you can probably play Extra high settings because of your build.Right now i can run High setting with a 1.4 GHZ processor,105m Nvidia Geforce graphics card and 4 Gigs of ram.(Laptop)So you should have no problems

just buy some ram (its really cheap now), open up your case, and replace. you can find in-depth instructions on google and youtube.

PS: make sure you have 64BIT windows, or else it'll only recognize up to 3GB. and make sure your motherboard can support the new types of ram out there.

I own a PS3 an Xbox 360 and a PC. I don't think I am stupid, it is a matter of choice, playing games on PC is good for multi-player but the price it takes is a bit to much for casual gamers. I am an hardcore gamer but paying £400-600 for a computer, then installing, patching etc and learning every it takes to get the right rig is a lot to take in for some people. And a joystick to me is more relaxing.

That doesn't mean the PC pwns, it is a matter of taste. And if you use a joystick online, you will get owned end off, lol. The PC is good for single player immersion yes but I never really got into online gaming, I could never get use to the mouse and I never felt... well emerged into the game.

If you looked at the scoreboard everyone had green bars which means everyone had under 100 ping (Probably a private match for a german clan)

Half your public games everyone will have red bars and everyone will be teleporting around. In an unplayable laggy environment.
