@eROCtele Yes, all you do is map out the button on the controller to the keyboard action. i.e. L2 -> Down Arrow or Down Arrow + Command (apple).

@TheEllusionist396 but I don't think you can map a one controller to another? It has to be the "PS3 Mouse" and that only has 2 buttons, which are being used already. Do you have to create another mouse or something?

@Naxxy28 Yes you can. When you move the stick up, a numerical value is given off. You can set a gate that when that exact number is reached, the button "G" is pressed.

hey got the download totally fine, aside from the fact that when i press fire (R1) i cant get guns that are automatic to fire automatically i can only get single shot busts. any help would be nice :)

If by pressing a key to fire, naturally would turn on, and remain on, it should activate an automatic gun.... (wait.... do you shoot with one of the mouse buttons?)

hey nice tutorial but i'm getting problems with the mouse cursor everytime i turn off the gamepad from the bluetooth connection the pointer goes to the top of the left side of screen and they only way to take off is unchecking the mouse configuration. Can you check your configuration if you have the same problem or do you have tips to fix this

@Dukowskyy Yeah, I experienced this problem a couple of times as well. Mine is connected via the USB cord. SInce you said bluetooth, I think your using a different connection, or have a better Mac then me lol. Other than that, You do not really have to uncheck it if you want, You can just quit the application and it should just turn off and not react or spaz out like that. I mean, that's how I got it to stop doing that on mine. It might work for you.

1. Try recalibrating your controller.

2. For the "calibrated output range" set the Min: 1 and Max: -1

hey my mouse is very inaccurate in games.. like when i press left or right it moves too slow.. and if i change my sensitivity lower i turn to slow.. like running in corners.. how can i fix this? like make the analog more sensitive and move slower when i just move it a little big and faster when i push it all the way??

@dhrocks4life im sorry, i have no idea on how i could implement that, although I was able to create an alternate way of doing this, when you press one button the speed changes from being fast to being slow, I could just make it so when you press a button it will increase its speed then going back to its original speed? -I'll see if I can still implement your idea some how

i had one question tho - i have a logitech controller a lot like the ps3 one and for most of the video i understand, except instead of having "directional buttons" i have something called a "hatswitch" and i dont really know how to use it. do u know how to set it so it works like directional buttons??

@jakeaboulafia What I know of the hat-switch is that it can be toggled to work as a D-pad or analog - Try pressing up, looking in the controllers pallet and see what button is highlighted. Continue doing this until you get left, right and down. Try pressing it diagonally and see if it a new action. Other than that, I think you should be able to find the normal D-pad settings in that form. -sorry if it didn't work, I haven't worked with a hat-switch.

@saiaspage For the Calibrated Output Range, instead of putting -2 for MIn and 2 for Max. Put -1 for Min and 1 for Max. It will not go any lower from that, the mouse is a little slower. I have also found it hard to select small buttons. Hopefully this helps.
