Hands down the best Seahawk to ever play the game. Followed closely by Largent. Truly one of the best, if not the best Left Tackles in the history of the NFL. He will surely be missed and celebrated.  Thank you Walter. You are an icon, a legend, and a Seahawk.

Humble, hard-working, consistent, quiet, smart, Hall of Famer. There is a reason Seattle retired Number 71. The Seahawks have retired only two other numbers: 80 (Steve Largent) and 12 (Fans). When you consider that the third Seahawk to earn that honor is Walter Jones, an offensive lineman, you realize just how much he was appreciated by the fans. As great as Orlando Pace and Jonathan Ogden were, I can't recall this kind of respect from the fans for them, though all three are Hall-worthy tackles.

This video doesn't even give justice to how great this guy was... he did this EVERY game, and nearly every down. Lined up against the best pass-rushers it wasn't even close...I am so sad that he is retiring. There may never again be a Walter Jones. The best Lineman in NFL History!
