Here is a tip for rope jumpers: always jump with the legs together.

haha too right, jump rope is awesome, i do 3,000 skips a day, n do it in just under 30 minutes, i do 1,500 then 5 minute break then 1,500. so 30 - 35 minutes of the day and it burns around 400 calories, burns fat and builds muscle
