I am always wondering a stream helper engine is remote controlled or both engineers have to set power on their own?

ON a steam engine, there must be an engineer (and fireman of course) for EACH locomotive.

I was in the states a few years back working for boeing on the 777. and I got stuck by that sucker, it was awesome.

i saw that train today on may 20,2007, it was in portland oregon going into a freight yard with only a couple of the UP cars with it. very cool
