Ozone, I will get some vids up when I have some time buddy, Your 18, you may own a shot gun or a rifle and this is great news, However you will have to wait till your 21 to own a SBS, But as far as it being regestered! Semi autos do not need to be regestered, you mean you yourself will fill out a 4473 form and go throughthe NICS background, the weapon is not regestered, just want to clear that up. I will get it out one of these soon and do some close ups and some shooting, take care!

Arent SBR illegal? Even with a class 3 they have to be made before 1985 right?

You can build all the SBR and SBS and AOW and Destructive devices with the proper licenses, and any one can have them no matter what year they were made,Of course you have to be 21 and pass all background checks! also Silencers, its the machineguns that were imported in 1968 was the cut off and the domestic Machineguns May 17th 1986! Anything else is ok still!

That's a very nice Saiga! Did yall do the conversion yourselves? It looks pretty nice.

I have the .308/7.62x39 Saigas atm, but I'm considering getting a 12. I'd definitely have to have it as an SBR though!

TROMIX did the conversion a few years ago, But yes I can convert them, I am an SOT-2/ Type 07 and thank you, I definetly enjoy it!

So it seems you have played with Saigas a bit. How reliable are they? They command a pretty hefty premium here in the peoples republic of Kalifornia, and I'd love an honest opinion before I lay down a grand for one. Mostly I want to know that it will feed reliably.

Dont lay down a Grand for it, They cost me like $400-$450, they are very reliable, Never had a problem, I love them, Its as reliable as any good AK-47, also they are heavier built than the common Ak-47, Well made, put together well!

Well there is a Gas port valve in front with Position 1 and 2, you have to use it correctly with high brass or bird shot or you'll hurt the gun!
