GUYS SRY FOR SAYING THIS I KNOW LVL 23: when it says closed, a little easter egg will be released if you put "open" in game, when it says closed, click the X in the right top corner but HOLD the mouse on the X so it does not erases your page, then unhold the mouse outside the X and the game says OPEN and completed :D now you have completed the entire gme CONGRATS!

For those having problems with Level 20 i.e. the battery level never going beyond the first bar after refreshing, don't play the one on the Armor Games site as this doesn't refresh properly. The one on Kongregate however does refresh just as it should do and after each refresh, an extra bar does appear.
