Wow, chill on the anxiety lady -- it isn't about the woman, it isn't about the man, it's about people using their own brains. There will always be people who vote for someone based solely on gender or race, but the rest of us base our vote on reasons that are relevant to us.
Interesting insight when it is Pelosi who won't let impeachment proceedings move forward. I'm all for a woman president but I do not trust either Hillary or Pelosi.
I don't trust Barack Obama -- my gut tells me he's as slimy as all the other pundits. I'm voting for Hillary; I trust her more on a gut level. Kucinich and I go way back, so to speak. He and I are both from Cleveland, where he was mayor from 1977-1979. Even then, as the youngest mayor of a major city, he was trying to fight big business before it was "in," and he was crucified for it (and almost assassinated by the mafia). The guy's a visionary. I wish he could be our next president.
I don't get it. You say you wish Kucinich were our next president...why not vote for him? I will never vote for hillary unless it was a vote to get her out of government. Want change? Voting for her will only continue the horrible past 7 years.
have faith and vote for Kucinich in your state's primaries! These polls and MSM are b.s. and they all want you to believe that Kucinich can't win. It's big business, lobbyist and corrupt government that doesn't want him to win because they know their days are numbered if Kucinich gets elected.
Stand by your beliefs and don't be swayed from what you know in your heart.
If every person who said they won't vote for Kucinch because he can't win did vote for Kucinich, he would win!
Yeah... Hillary disappointed me. She does the double speak thing, trying to give the popular view without saying yes or no. I never trust that. Have an opinion, and voice it, don't stumble and back track!
Please listen to what Ron Paul is saying. The Lobbyists call him Dr. No in Washington because he won't even see them. He is different then what we have seen and he needs our support. I thought much the same as you. Didn't think In my lifetime I'd hear a Presidential candidate saying what Dr. Paul is saying. Vote down the Industrial military complex Eisenhower warned us to be vigilant against. Defend America, not corporate interests. May God bless us all.
Who says that Clinton and Obama and Edwards are the only viable candidates? You? Me? Or is it their corporate sponsors who PAY to sway the voters?
Who says that Kucinich can't win? Watch the debates. Watch how he is maginalized by the media, the corporate media. "I won't vote for Dennis because he can't win." That's just an echo that supposed 'top tier' candidates want you to believe. We the sheeple need to reclaim who we are, namely We, the PEOPLE!
he is totally marginalized and it makes me sad because I think he has the brains and the heart and the passion to lead us into a whole new way of being...so it's not just DK being marginalized it's peace and change that the media is marginalizing. I'm not ruling out his potential in this video...only commenting on the dichotomy being presented in the media today which is Hillary vs. Barack.
We need more like Ron Paul. All the others are lying to you sans Dennis. They like corporate America running your life. Listen to Dr. Paul before it's too late. One Constitution, support it. Vote Ron Paul. Do your homework and You'll agree. Ron Paul is for us.
I like Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich a lot as well, but it appears thus far that the majority in either party is not going to support them enough for the nomination, in which case I feel Barack has the potential to change the tone of America's domestic and foreign policies in a way that Hillary simply will not.
"Error of opinion may be tolerated where reason is left free to combat it."
We need people like yourself to take the bull by the horns and make sure you have done all you can for Dr. Paul. Paul does not take corporate donations that I know of this money is coming from the people like you and I. Can the same be said of Obama? Just asking.
"No one could make a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could do only a little."
this is how it works, everyone is going on about bush this and bush that. well i would like to remind you all that while clinton was o power, i experienced bombing by usa for about 77 days in 1999.
Thank you for posting this and being intuitive as always!
Good vid...I'm a woman, feminist and lesbian. I've waited my whole life for a real chance for a woman to be President but I have my reservations too.
One biggie for me is that Hill, who supposedly wants health care reform, has accepted large campaign donations from the AMA, pharmaceutical and insurance lobbyists. You can't have it both ways.
DENNIS KUCINICH 2008! : ) Yes, I have had the same thoughts that I am a woman, I have always loved the idea of a woman president, but I don't think she is the one. And I love a lot of things about Obama and yet, my heart says that Dennis Kucinich is enlightened in a whole other way that these two are not yet. He gets it! Great video! : ) Peace Amanda, Angie
Well one thing's for sure, if you and I hooked up I'd be in pussy heaven. However, I disagree. Hillary would fight harder for the rights of all women of the world, which could get ugly, but I wonder about Obama's commitment once he saw REAL power; money can't rule Hillary like it could Obama because she's seen it all before.
wow your electioneering goes on waaaaaaaaaay too long! i don't think its a rule of feminism or anything, is it? musta missed that one .. lol good vid!
I have to agree with mom4education, Dennis Kucinich is only the candidate out there with a gut level desire for change. Whether its pull out of the WTO and NAFTA and bring back jobs locally, or end the insane occupation of Iraq NOW! With either of the candidates you mention, you will still be talking about the "Iraq War" 4 years from now.
I feel ya...I love Dennis, but feel at this point he is not going to get the nomination...sadly the country isn't ready for his vision of what is possible on this planet
wow i love your talking cat! i always wonder what mine would say if he could talk. not sure about hilary clinton though she probably has a raspy tongue like cats have lol
i understand this video. you're saying that women'd not vote for a woman, but for the one who's the most qualified candidate. if it's hillary, or barack.
I definitely cannot support either one of the mentioned candidates and gender and race have nothing to do with it. I guess this is an area where we will have to agree to disagree, so to speak.
Gotta steer you in a different direction here, unificationnow. It's the past & present actions of candidates that concern me. What have they done in the past, & what are they doing NOW? I highly recommend that you look into Dennis Kucinich's actions. I'm not buying into the corporate candidates...those who are the only supposed viable candidates.
mom4education...I totally get what you are saying and would vote for him if he has a chance and if that vote doesn't enable Hillary to get in office. I just fear that the country is not ready to support Kucinich's vision of peace and so his chances of getting the nomination are slim right now. I feel that Barack has integrity and I have yet to read about him being heavily seduced by corporate money to the extent that Hillary has been.
Very, very wise cats! Cat's have a great sense of smell. In our opinion, Hilary smells fishy, and not in a good cat-like tuna way. Well, hopefully you know what we mean!
