I find that its hard to do this too, its because we as a fast pace society put too much influence on being time efficient and task oriented. Eating fuels the body, its not just something we need to hurry up and do, we must take the time to do this right and correctly to gain optimal health. Thanks for this video, now only if i could tattoo my hand to say SLOWER!! lol

i chew my food like 4 times, then swallow. ill try these. im always hungry, and never full.
