Ah kito, si vos te referis al hilito azul ese es porque el que hizo el video era admin de un server q tenia AMX MOD X y ese archivo del cs tiene un plugin llamado hook..

conclusion: ese hilito azul es un plugin del amx mod x que se llama hook.
