The Police cannot do anything that would harm or put the person they are pursuing in danger if the person in question is not a threat to the police or a third party.

In short, he is breaking the law yes, but the police are not allowed to hurt him in order to apprehend him cause in Sweden any man is innocent until proven otherwise by court.

I almost hope these kinds of riders crash, and get paralyzed so they will never walk again, let alone ride again... before anyone else gets hurt or killed. But that would be waste of tax money.

Once he gets caught, he will expect to pay for the damages for the rest of his life, and probably spend some time in the prison too. Though the nordic criminal justice is sometimes far too easy on these potential murderers.

He is potential murder of other way users and himself. It's mad movie about abnormal man, but in everyday driving we must always very precisely respect law of traffic rules. Why? For safety, order and for justice. For justice because it's fair to other people (law is for ALL people in the country).

It's good that in Nordic Countries people usually respect law very precislely. Ghost Rider go away there is no pleace for you in Nordic Coutries.

I see 2 problems with this:

1. as a fellow biker on a sports bike, now every time a cop sees us on a bike he'll remember "the one that got away" and will already be PISSED before we even get to speak. Now every cop will hate bikers.

2. What happens if he gets in an accident? Now traffic is piles up, congestion, traffic jams, and then the trip to the Emergency Room over a preventable accident.
