1024x768 is not an HD resolution. Try 1280x720 (720p) or 1920x1080 (1080p).

first download Project64 its an emulator for N64 then look for the ROM of Goldeneye install the emulator and extract the Goldeneye file and enjoy

The models are high def, but low polygon count meaning it's just crisper, that's all. The textures are just as fuzzy and blurry ;)

actually it was played on an hd tv 42inch screen, my friend hooked his computer up to the tv and it does look a lot better from what i remember it to be.

If i put my ass on an HDTV is that HD too? Oh yeah and the reason it probably looks better is because N64 emulators have filters that make the games look a little smoother and a little clearer (ex. no fog, blended pixels) you had nothing to do with that.
