AW2 is more fun but it does get boring relativley quickly (the online is EPIC) but graw is awesome too the huge advantage is its MUCH cheaper and almost as fun :D and im still not bored of it and tis been AGES xD

Not sure. But, you can definitely play in both persons in PS3 and Xbox360. Usually what i do is press "START" and "IN GAME OPTIONS" and go down to "OVER THE SHOULDER VIEW" then turn "ON or "OFF"
