Does straighten not work with cs3? The book tells me to do it the same exact way you did, but it does not work. I select pencil, straighten, I draw a circle, and then I get this rectangle around the circle that I just drew. No straigtening. Same if I select smooth or ink.

I have a problem with the pencil tool. If I press the mouse button down and move around the screen, I don't see the already drawn stroke of the pencil.

I don't see it until I released the mouse button or it takes very long or many moves with the mouse.

Has anyone an idea to fix this?

Your tutorials are really helpful. But I have a problem: my pencil and brush tool are not editable directly. The stroke height, for example is kind of locked. How can I change this?
