I thought another video proved that the ballots specifically ***WERE NOT*** locked in a vault, thereby violating chain of custody. When challanged about this, the NH Secretary of State had that LYING, "Deer in the Headlights" look, when he COULD NOT explain why he REFUSED to put the ballots in the vault?
