Ordinarily I'd say that's true, but this particular video happens to have exceptional editing, and the sarcastic subtitles ensure that it is more than just another half-assed production. So, thumbs up for this one, by me. And I'm a hardcore EVA fan, I might add.
anime music videos tend to be piss poor, this was going to be one of those that i would let slide, because i am a MiSTie, but after seeing random anime girls say "la la la" and the fact we had to have subtitles and tom servo be a mecha and crow a penguin, it became a 1... very dissapointed
