  • @vdai1977 youtube channel 21cnavideos they are all there thanks

  • not part of the exam for florida @icegirl4211

  • All 21 videos can be seen at 21cnavideos and just so u know all videis will pass a fl cna exam. You only wear gloves when dealing with "bodily fluids" for florida. Also please read your testing guide for your state and look for differences. Thanks

  • i failed my test. one reason was because i did NOT wear gloves during UNOCCUPIED bed making to take the dirty linen off. you must wear gloves when dealing with a resident in BED or just the bed sheets themselves. I also got wrote down for not wearing gloves in lateral change of positon. bc i did have my hand touching underneath the blankets. you need gloves guys. come on now.

  • she was bending her back way too much!!!!!!

  • I like how she said wash wash lol

  • She didn't check his ID and we learned to never roll a person torwards you. We also learned to tell them to put their arms in a mary cross (across your chest) while you scoop them to the side. Then before turning them.. they take their arms out of the mary cross.

  • @icegirl4211 i'am going to job core to learn about this is this a good career and how much do you get payed a year.

  • Awesome video! I am taking state exam soon and I appreciate your help. Thank you!

  • very good video. you should upload more

  • hello cnafastrac! I will be taking my clinical skills exam in Florida...Do you have any more videos or website?

  • Why did she lower the bed first? Makes it more difficult for her, see how she is bending so far down to help him?

  • Ok when you working in EMS environment you must wear gloves when dealing with patients. Inside the hospital or Nursing home there are time with you do and times when you don't. When working inside a hospital or nursing home the environment is controlled so you know what the patient has unlike in the EMS environment.

  • She does not have on the rubber gloves !!

  • @METH3454 You don't need rubber gloves to change a patient's position. I don't know who told you that you had to....?

  • @princesskabliav , WHEN YOU ARE TOUCHING A PATIENT YOU DO

  • @METH3454 NOOO you don't silly. If you are going to be cleaning the patient or something like that, you do. Are you going to wear a glove when you change an occupied bed? No. Exactly. & you don't wear gloves when you're changing a patient's clothing?? So not every time you are touching a patient, you need to wear gloves. I'm taking the class right now, and we don't have to wear gloves every time we do some certain skills. YOU DIDN'T NEED TO CAPITALIZE YOUR WRONG SAYING.

  • @princesskabliav , HOW ABOUT WHEN YOU WIPE THEIR SMELLY ASS LOADED WITH SHIT FOR $8.50 AN HOUR ?

  • @METH3454 HOW ABOUT YOU REREAD WHAT I WROTE TO YOU! SELECTIVE READING ISN'T GOING TO MAKE YOU LOOK SMARTER. & OBVIOUSLY IF YOU ARE ASKING THE OBVIOUS QUESTION, YOU AREN'T PREPARED TO BE A NURSING ASSISTANT.

  • @METH3454 && IT'S NOT THE MONEY I'M DOING IT FOR. IT'S BECAUSE I LOVE TAKING CARE OF OTHERS. PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO ONLY WANT TO DO JOBS LIKE THESE TO EARN BETTER WAGES WHICH ISN'T ALL THAT DON'T DESERVE TO BECOME NURSING ASSISTANT OR SOMEONE WITH A JOB THAT TAKES CARE OF OTHERS. GO WORK AT BURGER KING OR MCDONALD, SINCE YOU WANT TO WEAR GLOVES FOR EVERYTHING.

  • @princesskabliav if they are good at being a nursing assistant I don't see how their motives even matter...

  • @MaorHelchen That was just toward the person earlier that I was talking to. If they are good at their job, perfect. But that person thinks you're suppose to use gloves for everything and etc, which we learned that we aren't. I mean we are suppose to treat all patients as if they are sick, but the little things you do to show them that they still are human beings.

  • @METH3454 && when you are doing Range of Motion, you don't wear gloves. You're touching the patient during that time too.

  • @METH3454 && when you are ambulating the patient, why don't we wear gloves too. We're touching the patient.

  • if she failed its because she did not pull the shoulder out a lil she only adjusted his pillow and did not lower the bed before leaving

  • Did she fail ?? OMG why do they make the test sooooooooooooo had???!!! T_T

  • Reason to fail CNA exam for change of position could be moving patient to close to edge of the bed, the knees or ankles touching each other, not rolling an tucking to pillow behind the back, raising the bed at the end or not lowering it in the beginning.

The side rails are not a standard in the exams but if they are there then you must raise them in the end before leaving the patient.

without seeing her results im not sure what failed her but anything that is considered unsafe is failing

  • @cnafasttrac She failed because she hung the call light on the wall

  • I just took my exam in NY through prometrics &I failed this skill. I was told in class never to pull patient towards you, to push from behind, another student did it the way it is in the video & she failed too, which is correct way?. I also noticed there is no siderails &, privacy curtain, being used & the bed was not lowered & raised in this video, we have to do all that in our test. I was told in class that we must leave side rails down in nursing home but another student left up and passed.

  • @franklinfx She did mention the privacy curtain, its out of view in this video. Remember, there is what we do in the real world, then there is what we do for the test. Review your state handbook and only worry about whats in it. They can't fail you for something thats not in the handbook.
