That looks like you have something blocking your upload! The modem wouldn't come online if there was a problem on the rf side you especially wouldn't be getting +20 download speed...Something else is wrong and when its resolved...you should post a video about what it was. Im sure Brighthouse didn't give up and leave you with nothing.

to everyone here if you can download it doesnt always mean you can upload it could be a provisionoing issue dont blame a firewall. it is brighthouse but dont worry they will come out and change perfectly good fittings for no reason and tell you everything is great and fixed. never let them touch you pc tell them when they tell you its your computer that you will take it to a pc shop and if they find nothing wrong you want them to pick up the bell and see how fast the backpedaling begins.

Bright House fool costumers, their tester always tells you more of what is real. Check your speed with another tester and you will see the difference.

Im paying for 40mb to BH, their tester tells me 37Mb but any other dont pass over 19Mb. BH Sucks

BH does suck for internet. I had the basic service. Not turbo or anything and was only pulling in 6.20 mb/s download and .90 upload.

I just got fios and now get 20.72 download and 4.87 upload.

U might wanna have ur stuff chk'd, the cable light was on the modem, they have PC techs that can chk ur system, if the download went thru it's not a cable issue, a cable issue will give u the page can't be displayed screen
