To be honest, though he obviously didn't do salvia, (there's a million vid on youtube of real usage), their report wasn't bad. So you can't drive on it? Like a thousand other legal drugs they advise to use? No where near as bad as alcohol for you. I love Salvia but it's not a party drug. That's a waste. It can be a beautiful trip into the center of the universe. Through the confusion, clarity. Check out neurosoup for awesome info. Respect salvia and you respect your trip and yourself.

Good to reflect, see ego die, experience altered states of consciousness, free mind, have a spiritual experience, Salvia is a sacred herb! But stereo type it, label it bad is a farce! Especially when there are so many legal drugs that just kill us and make us addicted, cigarettes, alcohol, caffine, etc. And keep us working with no healthy energy. Smoking slavia lasts but 5 to 10 min and gives new spiritual awarness, Alcohol, stumbling no mind, that has killed 1000's. Salvia is not addictive.

At best, he did dried leaves from the plant, not an extract. You are supposed to pick the leaves off the plant, take about 20, roll them up and chew on them like a plug of chew. It will taste terrible, just swallow the juices not the leaves, after about 15 or 20 minutes spit it out, close your eyes and enjoy. This is not for recreational use and would never recommend it. The Mazatecs use it for spiritual guidance and healing. Most people have no clue what is happening to them and just laugh.

these doctors are idiots. number one, you have to use a butane lighter, salvia needs to burn at a higher temperature to work. also have to hold it in for at least 30 seconds, preferably longer. you can tell by how okay he is that he didnt do it right. when you are really tripping on salvia you can rarely talk, or walk....
